The giveaway is operated by Neon Frame Studio (“Neon Frame Studio”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).

The giveaway opens on 11 August 2026 at 12:00 AM AEST and closes on 31 October 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT.
Only eligible purchases successfully placed during the Promotion Period will receive entries.
The giveaway is open worldwide to customers aged 18 years or older, where participation in a purchase-linked promotional giveaway is permitted by applicable local law.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Neon Frame Studio are not eligible to win.
Eligible products on the Neon Frame Studio website award Giveaway Entries.
The number of entries awarded varies depending on the product, selected size, variant, quantity, bundle or promotional offer.
The applicable number of entries is displayed on eligible product pages and/or in the shopping cart before checkout.
Entries are automatically associated with the corresponding eligible order. Customers do not need to manually submit their entries after purchasing.
Giveaway Entries:
have no monetary value;
cannot be exchanged or transferred;
cannot be purchased separately from an eligible product; and
are only valid for this promotion.
Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards and products that do not display or allocate Giveaway Entries do not generate entries unless expressly stated otherwise.
Entry values for other eligible Neon Frame Studio products may vary according to product and variant.
The entry allocation displayed for the selected product/variant at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
Neon Frame Studio may introduce or change entry promotions for future purchases during the Promotion Period. Any such change will not reduce entries already validly awarded to completed eligible purchases.
Obvious technical, display or calculation errors may be corrected by Neon Frame Studio.
Entries associated with an order that is cancelled, fully refunded, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may be cancelled and removed from the giveaway.
For partially refunded orders, entries associated with the refunded eligible items may also be removed.
An order must remain valid and eligible at the time of the draw for its entries to participate.

The Runner-Up package does not include the Performance Part Lamp or Levitation Platform Upgrade.

The Runner-Up chooses either the complete product package or the USD $250 cash alternative.
The cash alternative is not provided in addition to the product package.
Custom prizes will be produced through Neon Frame Studio's normal custom-design process.
Winners may be required to provide suitable photographs, vehicle information or other reasonable details required to manufacture their personalised prizes.
Normal production limitations apply to custom-made products.
There will be two separate winners.
The winners will be selected randomly from all valid Giveaway Entries received during the Promotion Period.
Each valid entry represents one chance in the draw.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected first.
Once the Grand Prize winner has been selected, that person will not be eligible to also receive the Runner-Up Prize. The Runner-Up will therefore be a different person.
The draw is intended to take place on or around 31st of November 2026.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or contact information associated with their eligible order.
Winners may also be announced through Neon Frame Studio's website or social media channels.
A winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If Neon Frame Studio is unable to contact a winner after reasonable attempts, or the winner is found to be ineligible, a replacement winner may be selected through another random draw or cancelled.
The chance of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received.
Purchasing products that award more entries increases the number of chances associated with that entrant but does not guarantee a prize.
Neon Frame Studio will arrange standard delivery of physical prize packages to eligible winners in locations we are reasonably able to service.
Custom prizes require production time and will not necessarily be delivered immediately after the winner is announced.
Cash alternatives will be paid using a reasonable payment method agreed between Neon Frame Studio and the winner.
All cash amounts stated in these Terms are in USD (United States Dollar)
Neon Frame Studio reserves the right to verify entries, orders and entrant eligibility.
Entries may be disqualified where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, automated activity, chargebacks, deliberate exploitation of a technical error or other conduct that compromises the fairness of the promotion.
Neon Frame Studio is not responsible for entries delayed or affected by events outside its reasonable control.
If a technical issue causes an incorrect entry amount to be displayed or recorded, Neon Frame Studio may correct the affected entry count to the amount that should reasonably have applied to the eligible purchase.
Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used for administering the promotion, verifying entries, contacting winners and delivering prizes.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Neon Frame Studio Privacy Policy.
If circumstances outside Neon Frame Studio's reasonable control materially affect the fair operation of the giveaway, Neon Frame Studio may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any decision will be made with the objective of preserving the fairness of valid entries already received wherever reasonably possible.
This giveaway is operated independently by Neon Frame Studio.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Google or any other social media or advertising platform unless expressly stated otherwise

Absolutely incredible quality !! Se created our own and had concern it wouldn’t look great. It looks better than I could’ve ever had imagined.
The photo frame turned out really cool with the LED lights in the headlights. The only downfall is the colour of the car changed from cranberry red to an orange tinge when blown up from the picture that was sent.

Picture is not as clear or crisp as I would’ve liked. Also, the background color was changed (lightened instead of the original darker background) which washed out the color of the vehicle. I had been planning to purchase all of the other products but given this ‘MEH’ design, I will look for other options.
