We create custom LED-lit frames using a photo of your own vehicle. Each frame features a premium print with built-in LED lighting for a unique display piece. Each Custom LED photo frame is out-of-the-box ready to plug in and power up! Each frame includes a remote, to control the LED in the photo frame. You may hook it on your wall or place it on a desk or a stand.

We have 2 different designers you can choose from.

AI Designer:
One of our designers uses AI to draw and indicate the LED for you. You can choose to add the LED to the AI photo or the photo you uploaded yourself.

Yes, absolutely. If you choose one of our Gift Cards , they can upload their own photo and design it exactly how they want. It removes the guesswork and guarantees they’ll love it.

You can also use our Gift Planner to schedule a reminder for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or special occasions so you don’t forget the perfect gift.

Yes. This is a real, physical wall-mounted frame — not a digital screen or display. Your image is professionally printed and placed inside a premium frame, with integrated LED accent lighting built into the artwork to highlight specific details (such as headlights or design lines).

Any drawn-on or selected area of the image can be illuminated, though ideally your vehicle’s headlights and taillights produce the most realistic result.

Yes! Each frame includes a built-in LED system that illuminates the headlights or lighting accents in your photo, bringing the artwork to life with a realistic glow.

The LED can be designed and built as either a continuous strip or multiple light points, depending on the design and your preference.

Yes. If you use our Advanced Designer , you can see your design live while creating it. If you use our AI Designer , the AI will generate a very close preview of what your final frame may look like.

Every order is also carefully reviewed by our team before production begins. If we believe your image needs clarification or adjustments, we’ll contact you to make sure everything looks right before your frame is built.

The most important thing is uploading a clear, high-quality photo with good lighting and a clean viewing angle. If we believe your image may not produce the best result, we’ll contact you before production begins and help you choose a better photo.

Yes. Your LED frame arrives fully assembled and ready to use out of the box.

Everything needed to power the LED is included. Once it arrives, simply place it on a desk, stand, or hang it on your wall, plug it in, and turn it on.

Don’t worry — if your uploaded photo isn’t suitable for production, we’ll contact you before your frame is built.

We’ll help you choose or upload a better image to make sure your final LED frame looks as good as possible. Clear photos with good lighting and a clean angle usually produce the best results.

We offer multiple frame sizes ranging from smaller desk and shelf displays to larger statement wall pieces.

Available sizes and pricing are shown while designing your frame. Whether you want a subtle setup piece or a large eye-catching display, there’s an option to suit your space.

No. Every LED frame includes a remote control, to turn the LED on or off whenever you want.

Depending on the option you choose, you can also adjust brightness, colors, and lighting effects using the included remote control.

That’s completely fine. If you’re unsure, we recommend using our AI Designer first — it can help draw and indicate the LED for you.

You can also choose “Neon Frame Studio Chooses” during the design process, and our team will use the option we believe will create the best final result.

High-resolution images work best. Clear lighting, minimal blur, and a clean angle of the car will produce the best result. If your photo doesn’t meet production standards, we’ll reach out to request another.

Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by shipping based on the option you select at the final stage of the checkout process.

Yes — if your order has not entered production yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you update your design, photo, or order details.

Because every frame is custom-made, changes may no longer be possible once production has begun.

Yes. Every frame includes real integrated LED lighting built directly into the artwork to create a genuine illuminated effect.

This is not a fake digital glow or printed lighting effect — the LEDs physically light up selected parts of your image, such as headlights, taillights, or custom accent areas.

We accept payments in multiple currencies. Your local currency will usually display automatically based on your location. At checkout, you’ll see the available currency options before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but you may be able to update delivery details directly with the shipping carrier.

Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, contact us and we’ll make it right.

If you’re ever unsure about anything after placing your order, simply reach out to us before production begins. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re fully comfortable and confident before your frame is built.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package and delivery progress.

Depending on your country, customs duties or import fees may apply once the package arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
