What exactly is this product?
We create custom illuminated car photo frames featuring your own vehicle. Each frame includes a premium print with optional LED or light-up headlights for a unique display piece.
Is this a physical frame?
Yes. This is a real, physical wall-mounted frame — not a digital screen or display. Your image is professionally printed and placed inside a premium frame, with integrated LED accent lighting built into the artwork to highlight specific details (such as headlights or design lines).
What part of the image is illuminated by the LED?
Any selected area of the image can be illuminated, though ideally your vehicle’s headlights and taillights produce the most realistic result.
Do the headlights actually light up?
Yes! Each frame includes a built-in LED system that illuminates the headlights or lighting accents in your photo, bringing the artwork to life with a realistic glow.
Is the LED a continuous strip or multiple light points?
The LED can be configured as either a continuous strip or multiple light points, depending on the design and your preference. For the most seamless and realistic effect, we recommend a continuous LED, as it creates a smoother, more natural glow.
What kind of photo should I upload?
High-resolution images work best. Clear lighting, minimal blur, and a clean angle of the car will produce the best result. If your photo doesn’t meet production standards, we’ll reach out to request another.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 5–7 business days, followed by shipping based on the option you select at the final stage of the checkout process.
Payment & shipping questions
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in multiple currencies. Your local currency will usually display automatically based on your location. At checkout, you’ll see the available currency options before completing your order.
I made a mistake in the shipping address. Can I change it?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but you may be able to update delivery details directly with the shipping carrier.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Because each piece is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unacceptable quality, contact us and we’ll make it right.
I am purchasing a gift. Can you exclude pricing information?
You’re giving more than a gift — you’re giving a memory. We want to make sure the experience is right, the whole way through. Yes. All orders ship without pricing or invoices in the package — suitable for gifting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the exact options available at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
